SIMPLY AMAZING!!! Chris Beckrich was my sales man and was very nice and not pushy at all. I did most my buying process over the phone and emails with him since I live out of state. the 2011 Chevrolet 1500 was exactly how they told me it would be. Also Chad the GM was a very nice guy and came and talked with me to make sure all my needs were being met and Scott Thompson helped me through the Financial part seeing this was my first big purchase and got me the same rate low rate I was approved for at my Credit Union so that saved me a 30 minute drive and all the hassle was taken out of the buying process. Defiantly will recommend them to anyone and will give them a shot on the next car or truck i purchase in the future.

Coon Rapids Nissan is great dealership ! I bought my 2010 Altima from them over two years ago and EVERYONE was very helpful and so friendly! They made buying a new car SO much fun....just as it should be! I really appreciated that. What I appreciate even more, is the continued professional service I receive everytime I bring my car in for an oil change or service appointment. The service department is fabulous, friendly and efficient, and I trust their judgement and recommendations. The entire staff is knowledgeable and professional, but particularly Bruce and Gary who both have gone out of their way to make my experiences at the service department great ones. They go above and beyond paying attention to small details which makes such a difference. I never feel like I have to question their suggestions for my car, they truly know what is best. They are quite impressive and I would recommend this dealership and service department to anyone!

I would give the Coon Rapids Nissan 10 stars if I could. It did not bother Joel when I walked in and told him that I wasn't going to buy a car that Saturday. After shopping around a several different dealerships, it quickly became clear that no one else was going to be able to offer the value and service that Coon Rapids Nissan could. After work the next Tuesday I went back to see Joel and purchased a Versa. Joel, Dave, and Andy were all very helpful in answering all of my questions that night and whenever I have had questions since. We just bought a 2010 Nissan Maxima from Coon Rapids Nissan and we love it! They gave us a very reasonable offer on our trade-in of our 2004 Maxima. There was no pressure at all from anyone to buy a car and everyone was very helpfull, in helping us get a loan. Chris, our salesman, even showed us the key feature options the car is equiped with before we left with our new car! We will definitely go back there when we're ready to trade in our Maxima for a newer one in a few years!
